Immigration of Ngurah Rai Airport Rejected the Entry of a Pedophilic Offender from South Africa
Ngurah Rai International Airport Immigration Office, Denpasar, Bali, rejected a South African citizen who wanted to entry Indonesia. That man was rejected because identified as sexual crime offender towards under-age children (pedophilic).
“The South African citizen, named Fouche Paul Stephanus, arrived in Ngurah Rai Airport today (22/1) at 9:20 PM, by Air Asia from Perth, Australia,” said the Head of Public Relations of Directorate General of Immigration, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Agung Sampurno, in his written statement to Kumparan, Sunday (22/1).
Agung explained that Stephanus arrival was rejected by the airport authority because he was indicated commiting crime. “The person’s arrival was rejected because he is registered offender (pedophilic),” said Agung.
The person was sent back to the early embarkation by JQ 117 to Perth. “The person will be dispatched on Monday (23/1) at 07.00 AM,” Agung explained.
