Visa Exemption for Tourism

A visa exemption is granted to foreign nationals who are citizens of a country, the government of a special administrative region, and certain entities subject to visa exemption to enter and stay in Indonesia.

Foreign nationals are granted permission to stay in Indonesia for 30 (thirty) days, and the stay permit is non-extendable. Visitors with visa exemptions are prohibited from working and cannot apply for an onshore visa in Indonesia.

  • A passport that is still valid for at least 6 (six) months;
  • A return ticket or a connecting ticket to continue the journey to another country.

Proof of having received the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

The visa will be granted directly at immigration border control if all requirements are met.
