JAKARTA – Immigration stakeholders should be proud because the state's gate guard agency succeeded in winning the Highest Domestic Product Commitment Achievement award from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) on Wednesday (08/11/2023).

"DGI has succeeded in making its contribution, reporting and being able to explain in detail all its responsibilities in real terms," said the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Reynhard Silitonga, when handing over the award to the Secretary of the Directorate General of Immigration, Eko Budiyanto.

The event is entitled the 2023 Management Support Program for Inspectorate General Unit which is part of the Inspectorate General's birthday celebration. On the same occasion, the Inspectorate General's innovation in monitoring affairs, E-Mawas, was also launched. E-Mawas is the latest innovation in development that implements Information Technology in every aspect of Supervision of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

This event also became an important momentum in the progress of internal supervision through the awarding of integrity awards, namely the re-certification to ISO 37001:2016. The event was then continued with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Inspector General, BRIN and BSSN, which will be an important step in advancing this field.
