invest as an individual investor who does not establish a company in Indonesia. You can bring your family to live in Indonesia. This visa allows multiple entries and exits from Indonesia if the Re-Entry Permit remains valid. You can pursue education through the Dual Activity Stay Permit mechanism, conduct activities related to the investment and visit tourist attractions, friends, or family.

 

This is a Temporary Stay Visa to enter Indonesia that allows you to enter and exit Indonesia for a certain period of time. The stay permit from this type of visa can be extended and transferred to another stay permit for a different activity or work.

 

  • ​​​​​​Depending on your selection, you can stay in Indonesia for 5 or 10 years. The duration of your stay permit starts on your arrival date.

Sponsors can make payments through several designated Indonesian banks. After the sponsor's visa application is completed, please see the billing code in the system as a basis for visa payment.

You don’t need a sponsor to apply for this visa.

 

Sponsor must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa. After having an account, Sponsor can apply for a visa after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by submitting electronic files (file format details) of foreigners, such as:

  • application letter for visa issuance
  • a nationality passport that is still valid for at least 6 months before it expires
  • recent color photograph. Details

  • travel itinerary

5-year visa

  • Proof of Indonesia Bond Ownership of USD 350.000 (three hundred fifty thousand dollar) for a period stay of 5 years; or
  • proof of share ownership in Indonesian company of USD 350.000 (three hundred fifty thousand dollar)
  • You must submit the specific requirements within 90 days of your entry into Indonesia

 

10-year visa

  • Proof of Indonesia Bond Ownership of USD 700.000 (seven hundred dollar) for a period stay of 5 years; or
  • Proof of share ownership in Indonesian company of USD 700.000 (seven hundred dollar) for a period stay of 5 years; or
  • Proof purchase of a Flat or Apartment worth at least US$ 1,000,000 (one million US Dollar) for a period stay of 5 years

You must submit the specific requirements within 90 days of your entry into Indonesia

  • The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If it is not used after that period, foreigners must apply for a new visa to enter Indonesia.

 

  • Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay, so kindly check your visa for information on the length of stay.
  • The temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-Entry Permit will be issued automatically after the officer permits you to enter through the Immigration Border Control.
  • You must not exceed the duration of your stay permit in Indonesia, perform work that does not align with your stay permit, or sell goods or services unless it is necessary for your job.

Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration, the officer will:

  • check your documents;
  • verify your immigration fee payment;
  • create your profile in the system and verify;
  • approve your application;
  • issuing your visa.

Processing time is four working days after visa payment is received.
